Do you ask for a card to start the trial?
No. The Lite and Pro trials are 7 days, no card. We charge nothing until you decide to subscribe. (Edge and API do not have self-serve trials; talk to us instead.)
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you've added a payment method during the trial, the subscription begins on day 8 at the displayed price. If you haven't, the account drops to Free until you add one.
How do I cancel?
Account → Billing → Manage subscription. Two clicks. No phone call. No save call. No paragraph explaining why.
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. The subscription does not auto-renew after that.
Can I get a refund?
Annual Lite, Pro, and Edge plans: yes, within 30 days of the first annual charge — full refund. Email billing@ikaaycapital.com.
Monthly plans: no refund; cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the current month.
API tier: non-refundable. The rate-limit headroom and committed compute can't be recalled.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?
Upgrade: yes. We charge the prorated difference for the rest of the term.
Downgrade: yes, but the lower tier takes effect at the next renewal. We don't refund the unused premium time.
Auto-renewal disclosure
Your subscription continues at the price displayed until you cancel. Before each annual renewal we send a reminder email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing → Manage subscription, or by emailing billing@ikaaycapital.com. We do not charge a cancellation fee. We do not require a phone call. The cancel-link is the cancel-link.
What payment methods do you take?
Stripe handles all payments. Most major credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods Stripe supports in your country.
Prices are pre-tax. Where we are required to collect a tax (Singapore GST, UK VAT, EU VAT, India GST/IGST), Stripe shows it on the checkout before you confirm.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell personal data. We do not share for cross-context behavioural advertising. See the privacy policy.
Where can I subscribe from?
Most countries. We don't serve users in jurisdictions on the UN, OFAC, EU, UK, or Singapore sanctions lists. Stripe declines those at checkout.

What's the chance the engine just doesn't work for me?
Not zero. Markets change. The engine optimizes for an honest realized track over a multi-year horizon, not weekly. Some weeks the brain has a brutal week. If you need to be in profit every week, this is not your tool. Use the trial. Read the realized scoreboard. Decide.
